How much tea/coffee do you drink?

Inspired by another thread, how many cups a day do you drink? I can't function without my early morning tea, I then have maybe another 2/3 cups a day and maybe 1 very strong coffee, but it's only that first cup of the day which is essential

I chain drink tea, before one is gone, the kettle is back on. Probably 15 cups? It's all I drink at home tho, so this probably amounts to about three litres?

Tea, maybe 10 mugs a day? I'd have to look at how many teabags I'm buying over time. Coffee, none, don't like it.

It depends what I'm doing. If I'm not going far probably 4 cups of tea and a coffee or 2. I have a bladder the size of a small child though so if I'm going to be away from a loo for more than an hour I can't have that much!

I cut it down to none as it made my tummy gurgle at work but now wfh I’m a right wee tea jenny and am up to about three a day!

Anywhere from 5 cups of tea upwards depending how much I'm at home.

Two or three cups of tea, sometimes including one herbal tea. Usually no coffee, but occasionally a decaf. Normal coffee messes with my sleep and digestion and makes me unpleasantly jangly.

When I'm working from home I probably have about 7 teas/coffees a day. Teas in the morning and a coffee around 2pm, followed by more tea and then a green tea to end the day. If I'm out of the house all day I usually only have 3 teas/coffees but boredom hits at home!

Far too many! I've had 3 already - I'm up at 6 so one for breakfast, one when I got into the office at 8, then one at 10 to take to a meeting. I'll switch to fruit tea until 3pm, then one last caffeinated cup before alternating camomile and decaf coffee until bedtime.

Three cups of coffee a day. I nearly missed it this morning because the machine was descaling and taking forever.
