Anyone got a ‘Snug’ sofa?

Just that really! It’s a brand rather than just a snugly sofa Smile Look nice on the website, quick delivery and good reviews but wondering if anyone actually has one and any good/bad points? Moving into a small flat soon which will be a nightmare for furniture so thought a flat pack sofa could be perfect. Thanks!

Just to update from my post of nearly a month ago. My issues are still not sorted. They offered me compensation which they promised would be in my bank within 5 days but it never arrived. Now they’ve again switched from replying in an hour or so to ignoring my emails.....

They eventually offered me compensation due to the service. Now they say they’ve paid it but it’s not arrived in my account so I’ve had to raise a dispute claim via the credit card company. The joy continues.

Ironically we are looking for new sofas and I shan't consider Snug as this method of advertising seems dishonest.

@jayg001 you work for Snug right? You exist only to post referral codes the instant someone asks for them and have never made another post or comment.

Plus phrases such as ‘happy ordering!’ sound exactly like their marketing....

Anyone contemplating a sofa should look at the recent reviews on Trustpilot. Also note that Snug ask for customers feedback but only post it up if it’s positive it seems so their verified reviews are all positive. My negative review never made it through.

No I don’t work for Snug and I find your trolling incredibly offensive. Not that it’s any of your business but I’ll put this out for anyone else who might be tempted to write s similar post. I bought a Snug sofa because I couldn’t fit a less expensive pre built sofa up the stairs to my loft room. I really like the sofa but unfortunately it was a bit more expensive than I could afford so if someone asks for a code I’ll send it to them to make it more affordable for them and for me. I trust this answers your negative post and if it doesn’t I couldn’t care less. Just one word of caution before you put another post out - think about the other person’s mental well-being as your trolling could be more impactful on the next person. BE KIND

It was hardly an attack so I don’t understand why you would find it so offensive. It was an observation and a question.

Luckily at almost the same time as your reply post I got an email from them apologising again.
