I didn't know how libel cases work either before reading the explanations on here.

The only winners here will be the legal profession. Whilst their respective husbands focus on their teams getting European football and avoid relegation to the third tier respectively.

Colleen would have been better off handling this privately, by withdrawing from the friendship, explaining why and blocking R from her social media. Releasing the information so publicly was unwise.

People can't just explain things nicely anymore OP, they must make you feel small and stupid for not knowing something. If people stuck to only posting about what they're extremely knowledgeable on MN would be very quiet.
