Help for present idea for disadvantaged child

Are you allowed to do vouchers? Just thinking they are not really 'unwrappable'

If you want to go for clothes I'd get a size M and a gift reciept. Maybe dark jeans/chinos and jumper from H&M so he has something smart for job/college interviews. (And if he hates it he can swap)
