Has anybody eaten wiltshire farm or oakhouse meals? Which is better? Tastier, healthier, more filling?

Oakhouse nice but seems a bit expensive for some choices. Like the more snacky options of soups, panini, sausage rolls etc.

Tried WFF for work purposes- at the time I wasnt prepared to recommend them to my clients if I wasnt going to eat them myself.
So I brought a load and got DH to eat the red meat ones.

The chicken can be a bit rubbery, and the chips arent very nice but then what microwave chips are? The vegetarian meals are OK and the vegetable curry is just excellent. Portions OK, DH would say they were tiny but then he likes a generous portion at the best of times.

I've eaten both at work. They were both promoting their brands, on separate days
I preferred Oakhouse but I know people who use both and are happy with what they get

In terms of ordering and delivery ive been really impressed with WFF. I’ve been able to order on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday delivery. The delivery person always helps elderly DMIL stack food in freezer, and rotate anything that’s not yet been eaten.
In general DMIL has enjoyed the meals she’s had, anything she’s not been keen on, there’s been enough choice for her to have something else.
Instructions are nice and easy for her to follow.

My Mum likes Parsley Box, and they are sous vide, so don't need freezing: www.parsleybox.com/, you can just store them in the cupboard.

Thank you.

I've used both. OF have more choice, but I think WFF are better quality.

I have eaten both for several months now. Both have excellent delivery staff. I prefer Wiltshire Farm Foods for their closeness to taste of home made using high quality ingredients, and an absence of additives.

We tried WFF for my mam when she was still at home. They were crap tbh. Got better ready meals in Heron Foods.
