Sitting in A&E

21 years old, been experiencing chest/rib pain in the left side so figured it's probably best to come to A&E just in case. Luckily not very busy.

What's everyone else up to?

Thank you everybody, I'm so worried as I've googled my symptoms and chest x rays (I know I know- don't google!🤣) and I'm scared it could be bone cancer as I have literally all the symptoms.. Sad

Bone cancer would show in most blood tests. White blood cells are affected

Yes. I'm out now. However. I have many health issues. So I'm always in and out. So it won't be long!

frustrationcentral · 01/11/2020 23:47

How are you @rainatnightlove ?

ssd · 01/11/2020 23:52

Hi everybody! So sorry I didn't update- it slipped my mind honestly. Grin

Everything was absolutely fine- chest x ray completely normal and I've been feeling fine since! Must have been some rogue muscular/ anxiety thing.

Fab, you can relax a bit now Smile

SunbathingDragon · 05/11/2020 20:36

Have you had covid? I’ve seen quite a few young people presenting in a similar way which is being put down as potentially being post viral.

rainatnightlove · 06/11/2020 00:40

@SunbathingDragon Not that I know of! I've had none of the symptoms.

Indigestion can be that side and quite worrying if you don't know what it is. Can be painful and take a while to go. Discomfort and pain on the left and centre of upper chest, and sometimes in the shoulder. Can be stress related.
