Your best fish pie recipe please

I want a really tasty fish pie loads of recipes to choose from, do you have a favourite?

Pack of fish pie mix, pack of fresh hollandaise sauce and a blob of milk. Mix. Top with buttery mash and grated cheese. Serve with leeks and carrots.
