To be fair, exercise and "creative" hobbies (e.g. cooking) can also be great mood enhancers.
And sometimes even simple repetitive chores, like folding laundry or sweeping the floor (but don't tell my husband that, or he'd stop doing his share
)
Oh, and music and a warm bath and a nice cuppa...
