Baked Camembert

I have bought a lovely Camembert that is meant for baking. The big question is what do I eat with it/dip in it, once it's baked?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Yes, bake it inside a boule loaf, drizzled with plenty of extra virgin olive oil, studded with thyme and garlic (or you can go sweet with honey/figs). Bread gets crusty and you can tear lovely chunks off it to dip into the cheese.

A mix of cranberries and walnuts goes beautifully.

As does salami and/or other charcuterie items.

I also like slices of apple and celery sticks, or various other crudités. Plus cherry tomatoes for a good acidic contrast.

Also olives and grissini.

Don’t be tempted to overcook the cheese as it will seize up.

I want Camembert with crusty bread now but I’m trying to be healthy.

Which Camembert do you all buy - is there a specific type for baking?

We had one on Tuesday with a big crusty loaf! Bought it to eat whilst watching bake off - we eat whatever the weeks theme is with a nice cup of tea whilst watching!

Pigs in blankets is genius. Salami also goes well.

I do either crusty bread with a tomato salad, or rosemary roast potatoes.

Oh I could definitely eat alllll these things right now.

I actually love it with marmalade too. And also fried camembert instead of baked is lovely too.
