Grim - boob BO

No matter what I do or wash with and spray antiperspirant I have a weird BO smell from my cleavage.

I’ve just had a shower - washed with soap and I can smell it. Help! Am I alone in this grimness??

You might try a little Canesten underneath for a few days in case of anything brewing.
Put a thin coat on, then put some folded kitchen towel under your bra for a while after dressing, just to avoid rubbing.

Could be fungal. Just try some athletes foot powder and wash (don't just air them) bras as often as you wash your body. Then a bit of unperfumed deodorant in the natural skin folds.

Don't put deodorant or body spray where you might have an infection! Try Daktarin or Canesten and persevere, it can take a while to go away.

I had thsi when breast feeding. ‘‘Twas hormonal. No ideas how to manage it.

Just popped to Tesco only daktarin spray? Didn’t know If that was too harsh? But bought exfoliater glove, soap and roll on.

I've had an underboob fungal infection two or three times. It wasn't obvious from the way it looked but it kept smelling. Keeping it dry helps, so powder or wearing a cotton top under your bra. Is a bit of a faff to put a bra on over it but the cotton keeps the boobage nice and dry. It mostly clears up within a few days. Otherwise get a cream prescribed.

I'm 36H but don't have a problem all the time I wear well-fitting, underwired bras that lift and separate (and absorb sweat).

If I wear a sports type bra for dog walking though, that does just squish them together and the sweat pools - I haven't historically been niffy, but my skin has gotten pimply and sore if I've worn one more than 2 days running, so I guess it could cultivate infection...

I think someone has said it but you are washing with a pure soap, not shower gel or beauty soap? I've found pure soap far better for hygienically cleaning, erm, pungent areas of the human body. Learned about it on MN, who knew.

(I think Queef is such a regal word Grin and I too am loud and embarrassing!)

I get this when I wear underwired bras. It's nasty and my skin peels off at times.

I shower more often, use talc, and have stopped wearing the scaffolding :)
