has anyone had any real-life success in getting a CCTV camera removed?

I have the misfortune to have a long and complex neighbour dispute. The neighbour in question has installed CCTV cameras that are not just filming his private land - it's a sort of stalking.
I have legal advice on various aspects of the dispute and I'm aware of the general principles about what you"should" film.
What I'm wondering though is whether anyone has had success in getting cameras removed and if so on what basis (harrassment?nuisance?).
Any success stories or failed attempts gladly received!
