How best to store a beautiful handmade baby shawl

Just that really....currently I have in a carrier bag, in a plastic storage box but I think the bag will disintegrate one day. What should I use to keep it intact and looked after (baby is now 10!)?

I think just plain white tissue paper wrapped around it then in a box will work

Make sure it is clean; wrap in acid free tissue paper ( you can get this on Amazon) and put in a cardboard box. No plastic.

If you have a lavender bag, put that in to keep moths at bay.
Store it somewhere dry & not too cold airing cupboard is ideal.
