Care package for a family member (TW: Pregnancy Loss)

Hi all, warning for a sensitive question. I have a family member who is very sadly going through management of a missed miscarriage.

We can't go and visit due to their local lockdown rules, so all the things I might do normally, like just being there, doing her housework or taking lots of cooked meals over so she can rest, aren't possible. Instead I was hoping to send a care package of sorts and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of what I could include to just try and take the edge off of an awful experience?

Thanks in advance!

Hi I did something similar for a friend, I included candles, some nice food, hand cream, little "treats" I was advised at the time to avoid flowers because you watch them die which I thought was very good advice.
