I am rewatching The Handmaids Tale and I have suddenly developed an almighty crush on Nick

Probably spoilers ahead for anyone who hasn’t seen all 3 series yet!

Thought he was hot the first time around but kind of forgot all about him. I’m bored and have been rewatching the series on Prime and my god, this man is smoking hot. Every dark and brooding look, every glance at June, dark clothes, then strong but silent persona, the way he defends June, the way he put his hand on her stomach when he found out she was pregnant, the hot sex he and June have when she’s escaped for a couple of months. it’s driving me to distraction. I have NEVER had a crush on a character like this before. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had sex in a while? Either way I need to have a cold shower. Anyone else feeling the Nick love?

Watch how he is with the poor child bride though, doesn't that put you off? He had no choice in some ways but he could have been a lot kinder to her.

That is true, I’m about 3 episodes after they get ‘married’ and he’s so harsh to her when all she wants is to be a good wife and have lots of babies. I think he does soften towards her, especially after she gets caught after running away. And I know we find out that he is actually one of the bad guys but I just can’t help it. I think maybe because the commander is such a horrible nasty creep?
