Cheaper stuff that you prefer vs branded stuff?

Could be anything really. Stuff that works just the same or will do. Could be food, clothes, toiletries or anything!

For me it would be the cheaper vicks/vapour rub you can get in home bargains/Poundland, even the children's versions (by bells). They're both under a pound.

Supermarket own brand shower gels are fine. Aldi q10 face cream is just like nivea.

Aldi’s version of Special K. It’s called Benefit, costs a fraction of Special K, and is so much nicer. We make a special monthly trip to stock up, and wouldn’t buy Special K even if it were the same price or cheaper.

Aldi and Lidl chocolate is so much nicer than branded chocolate.

Lidl Welsh cheese is nicer than Cathedral City. In small print on the back it states that it is made by a dairy local to where I grew up. So I am probably pre disposed to preferring it.

Supermarket clothes for work. Cheaper and last well compared to the high street.

Avon perfume, especially ‘True’. Prefer it to expensive brands to win-win.

Gordons Gin is nicer than many of the expensive fancy pants gins.
