How would you do it?

How long do you think it would take?

And would the weight stay off?

I don't know.
Forever.
Clearly not...

So 11lbs.
That’s what I’ve lost since June, it took about 8 weeks and I did it by trying to low carb as much as possible, and most days I do 16:8 so I only eat between 10am and 6pm.

I intend for it to stay off as the weight gain was due to lockdown and I’m back to my normal weight now.

I did it last autumn. Agree with about 8 weeks. It wasn't conscious; I wasn't overweight but I was at the top end of comfortable. I reduced my carbs a bit and stopped eating pizza and so much chocolate! It coincided with a very busy patch at work so I was moving a bit more. I then injured myself earlier this year and put it back on Angry. I'll do it again though.

I've lost 11lbs since the middle of August, by eating less and moving more. I use a Fitbit to count calories, and make sure that I eat at least 500 less calories than I burn each day. I won't lie, it's hard going, but I piled the weight on in lockdown and now I need to shift it.

Keeping it off is even harder, but I really need to do it for health reasons. I have said this before though and piled it all back on.
