Elopement before end of the year...any advice?

I'm a regular poster under a new name as friends and family don't know about this yet and some posters know me on FB Grin

My partner and I have fallen pg over the last month (unexpected but completely happy) and have decided to elope to marry before the end of the year. Neither of us want a big do and tbh the COVID restrictions are helpful in narrowing down guests so we thought this might be a now-or-never type event.

I'm not big on planning these things and frankly a bit too old and tired with pg to put in huge amounts of effort in sourcing flowers/cake/photographer etc so an in-house package deal will be what we are looking for. We have no limits on where in UK it could be but we do have 2 dogs which we would like to bring and 1 DC under 10. The wedding party can be whittled down to 10-15 people inc photographer/vicar/hair&makeup etc. We would ideally like to keep to around a £4-6k budget, is this possible? Does anyone have any suggestions of venues? Anyone know a good site for maternity wedding dresses? Grin.

So many questions and any advice welcome!
