Schools are open & children are in full time!

If you had to describe the first few weeks in 3 words what would they be?

Mine: zero social distancing!

And a slightly terrifying update to my three words:

Lots staff quitting.

We don’t have enough staff in some core departments already. We can’t recruit as we have a shit reputation and always have jobs going. The cover staff we get are useless not a slur on temp staff but slt pick the cheapest and it’s always bad currently worried about how much worse retention and recruitment will get when staff don’t feel safe. grumble over, sorry!
