Hi, Ive left my abusive ex and trying to work out CMS payments. My solicitor says its only his salary but I am sure it included all the benefits he has like car and medical insurance...he has £10k extra worth of benefits. The CMS are rubbish and havent contacted him yet, its been 6 weeks since I applied. Any ideas? I can't find anything official online to show to the solicitor but am sure I read somewhere it included the non cash benefits too. Anyone know?
