How to get my daughter to close her door quietly!

She’s 12 and feels like she wants privacy, so has started closing her door. She’s doing it without turning the handle so about 30 times a day there is a big slam noise. I’ve asked her to close it quietly.
Any ideas for what I can do? I’m fairly noise sensitive and it’s really upsetting me.

Put an elastic loop of a face mask on each handle of the door, the latchy bit will be covered by the fabric of the mask, and will stay there until she can develop self control and stop blundering about like a nob.

Warn her, then remove door if she does not listen.
