Are Clarks doing walk in shoe fittings?

does anyone know if clarks are doing the shoe measurements/fittings via walk in or is it appointment only?

Yes, we're just back from Clarks and didn't have an appointment

Our Clark’s are doing walk in - but there was a huge queue. I had an appointment but still had to queue as they were running late.

Yes but queues are huge. We had an appointment and we were still there an hour (2 kids) last week.

Same here. They had a gazebo set up outside to do the measurements which you then took into the shop to pick shoes and get them fitted.

No real point in booking an appointment if you have to join a queue with people who are walk-ups and then join another queue to get in the shop to look at shoes once feet have been measured though!

Went to Bluewater on Friday. Was told a 20 min wait, but it took 7 mins max. Got DS's feet measured outside.
