Can't eat properly.

I feel like there is a constant hum in the background of stress.....Covid.
For the past week I can't eat, everything tastes horrible or the same. ( I am not ill btw)
I just can't be bothered.
The only thing I have enjoyed all week was some freshly made Indian streetfood and several bags of sweets. This isn't normal is it?

For me that's a warning sign that my anxiety is coming back. Eat properly and sleep properly. Make yourself x

For me that is a sign of my depression and anxiety coming back. However lack of taste is a sign of covid so I would get tested. (I work in healthcare so obviously would have to be tested with a symptom.)

Its not a lack of taste, I can taste it, it just tastes boring and dull.

I’m the same with reading. 6 months ago if you’d told me I had loads of time to read, I’d have bern delighted. At the start of lockdown I downloaded loads to my kindle and rejigged my pile of paper books to read.

I can’t settle to concentrate on reading. I’ve manage 1.5 books in 6 months. It’s usually 1 a week or so.
