Could this be as simple as being due a period?

Had a long day yesterday visiting my grandmother (250 mile travelling in total) . Came home absolutely shattered, and ended up in bed by 7.30pm .

I’ve woken up this morning feeling much the same, but also covered in spots across my face, and one on the tip of my elbow, cramping across my pelvis and diarrhea . Can’t warm up either/shivery . Feel absolutely miserable !

I have had weird periods before where I’ve been bedridden with D&V for a few days, or ended up covered in weird cyst/abscess things and this feels vaguely similar; does it sound like really bad PMT?

I’m due a hospital appointment next week and it would be Sod’s law that I’m due a period at the same time ...

The cramping, diarrhoea and shivers could be due to period. The spots on elbow is a bit weird but hormonal acne is not unheard of.
Are you well enough to make a hot water bottle or can someone make one for you? I usually feel better after a few hours in bed
