Legoland or Chessington World of Adventures?

Both are not too far away but wondering which is good for 7 and 5 yo dc.
We may do the short break stay in a hotel thing too (not necessarily the resort one).

Legoland always seems the worst for crowds and queues. I’d go to Chessington as there’s the zoo and sea life centre too, so it’s not just queuing for rides all day. We love the Gruffalo River ride.

Spent most of our 2 days in lego land queuing even tho we had the queue passes for disabled. Id definitely choose Chessington xx

For a short break Chessington is far more affordable. It also has a zoo. Rides are good for young children. If they are LEGO nuts then Legoland wins hands down.

Which ever you do I would budget in queue hopping tickets as its a much more fun time if you aren't queuing for hours.... Chessington has "bigger" rides, but if they've hit the height limit for vampire its the first proper roller coaster they can go on...

Ok so looking like Chessington.

Lego land every time, Chessington has a few big rides and then tiny rides with very little in between, and the zoo was tiny. We were not impressed with Chessington at all when we went last year. Have been to lego land twice and loved every minute, loads better for those ages.

Chessington .. I hate legoland , always sooo busy and it's past its best .

Legoland definitely. Having done both for the first time a month ago found Legoland so much better. Managed to get on so many rides, nicer park and layout.

Peppa Pig World in The New Forest gets my vote.
