What is the last dumb injury you had?

I this morning fell out of my bed and injured my knee.

I broke & dislocated my little toe by stubbing it on an exercise bike. Such a small appendage, so much pain!

I tripped up my flip flop and a stick stabbed me between my toes.

I broke a rib bathing the dog

Did a handstand in my dining room, fell over and cracked my foot on a chair.
Also sprayed deodorant straight into my eye ball, all blurry for ages. Thankfully my brother in law is an optician and said it was ok and that I was a dumb ass (but my face smelled beautiful)

Burned fingers taking tray out of the oven in rubber gloves rather than oven gloves. Well I started to take it out then realised
Also lifting toaster by the (hot) top to move it.
I'm brainless

I opened a drawer on my dressing table then tried to stand up giving myself a really sore bash on my upper thigh.
I'm always bashing myself.

Dropped my heavy gaming laptop on my thumb. My thumb which was only just feeling better from a random event where I woke up having lost all mobility in my wrist and my thumb hurt like it had been stabbed.
Couldn't get a doctor's appointment so I strapped it up for a week and it started getting better, got movement back and then I drop the laptop.
It hurt. That was over a week ago and it still hurts. Have got mobility in my hand so I'm not too worried, just annoyed.

6ish weeks ago I turned on the wrong hob. Then picked up an oven tray not realising it was on a hot hob.
My fingers are healed but still tender. It was touch and go for a while about if I would need to see the plastic surgery team. The blisters really were impressive!

I unfolded the sofa-bed onto my foot earlier 🤬

Bent down quickly to grab the cat who was trying to get behind the hot water tank. Hit my head on a valve, I now have a big dent just above my eyebrow!
Side note, I also contracted Corona in the waiting room of the minor injury department

Broken little toe from kicking the door frame as I walked through.

Not really an injury as it was self inflicted. I bite my nails something chronic watching TV last night and absent mindedly chewing my nail, before I knew it the whole nail had lifted off. It's really sore and gammy

TRipped over the curb, landed on the road chin first. Grazed my face and my neck. Looked a state.

Staved my middle finger yesterday planting bulbs! Now turning an i I interesting shade of purple.

Burnt all my finger tips picking up my vegetable steamer off the stove. The gas hadn't been on under it, but it was right next to a ring that had been on cooking the spuds and it was bloody hot!

Tripped over while walking my Sister's dog a few weeks ago and pulled my hip, it's only in the last few days it's felt normal again!

Sunburn. Such a dumb and extremely painful self inflicted injury. It was forecast rain so I didn't take lotion and it was windy so it didn't feel that hot. My shoulders and feet are still sore a week on. I won't make that mistake again

I broke both my thumbs doing an inchworm.

Tore a ligament in my knee, quite lightly, knocking it on my bed frame 🙄 was on crutches for weeks!

If you wanted to open it up to dumbest injury ever then I would add the time I slammed the car door ... on my own head.

Pulled my back bending down for some bird seed 🤦🏼‍♀️

Broke my wrist in my sleep. Then six weeks later fell down the stairs and damaged the same wrist and fingers on the same hand. Two weeks later I tripped over the cat and fell over damaging the same wrist/hand again! All during lockdown!

Slipped off the first step in the garden 5 inches tall. Spun round and caught on the side of the steps. Broke 3 ribs, bruised kidney, cut up the middle of my spine(left with scar from lower back to shoulder blades) and embedded spikes of the adjacent plant in my scalp, even broke the plant pot. Not my finest moment....

Burning my arm on the oven. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
