I can only apologise for how horrible these pictures are.

My girls went to play outside in our garden and the youngest stepped in this!!!

I’ve had a look and there are patches of this all over the grass! What on Earth is it? And does anyone know how I go about getting rid of it?

Any help much appreciated.
