Do you have a Panasonic combo microwave, ideally CT56?

Very simple question, if you have this or a similar one, have you cooked chips in it and does it work?

I've been thinking about an air fryer for ages, can't believe I made it through Lockdown without buying one. Then my ancient microwave died, and I saw somewhere that new combo microwaves can air fry too.

However Panasonic don't make a thing of their combo microwaves being air fryers, and the people at Which clearly don't appreciate a kilo of chips as much as me as they don't include that as one of their tests.

People of mumsnet: can I make myself decent chips in this microwave? Crispy chicken skin and lovely fluffy cakes are all very nice, but I want chips!

Oooo you've got me thinking now.

I've got a Panasonic combi (can't remember which, the biggest one) and it makes very good jacket potatoes on combi. I would have thought chips would also work well on combi with turbo grill. Not at home right this week, but I shall test it out next week!
