Most interest in first 2 weeks of going on the market?

Is what our estate agent told us. Is this correct? If so I'm not sure how it can get much worse! Houses around here are selling within a few days. Ours has been up for 2 weeks now and one viewing/enquiry. Other than that...nothing!

Should I be concerned? We've found our dream property and need a buyer ASAP.

That’s what I’ve been led to believe in the past. I guess it’s because people trawl Rightmove etc and when something different comes up, they show interest, so ask to view. After a couple of weeks, there’ll be other new properties.

If your agent is doing his job, he should be drawing attention to your property and matching you with potential purchasers.
