Toddler Career Advice :D

Can you please explain your job in toddler language? But in a way that doesn’t just describe your sector but actually a bit more detail?

My 2 year old was fascinated when I explained to him that his dad sits on the computer to tell people how to fix bridges.

I told him for him to become like his dad he needs to first learn his numbers and also his ABCs so that he can explain things to people very well.

And I sit on the computer studying how to let robots help humans to make people less sick. I tell robots how to behave so that they can be friends to humans and listen to instructions.

For him to be able to do that he needs to also learn numbers and ABC. But also, he needs to learn how to look after his health and body so that when he is older he can help others do the same. This includes brushing his teeth and eating food which is good such as vegetables, and not eating too much sweets.

Your turn?

I show bigger kids how to count and read. You need to be be able to hold your wee wee for a long time and not have any lunch.

I make pretty things for people to put in their houses. To do this you need to do lots of drawing practice and spend lots of time playing with shapes and colours.

You also need to play nicely with people and not fall out with them so that they will pay you

I call other people's offices and ask if the person really worked there.
