DS 8 months moves a lot in his sleep. He literally sometimes sits up then falls back down the other side in his sleep. He often bangs his head and it's getting me really worked up. Last night I heard a bang from down stairs. I know cot bumpers are really dangerous and from the way he rolls around so much I think he would easily get it wrapped around himself.
Does anyone else DC do this do you have any advice/tips how you managed to stop them? I getting really concerned he is going to hurt himself. Already have a DD she literally just use to sleep on her back and not move all night so have not had this issue before.

Dd did this! I ended up buying a soft sided travel cot which solved that. Just a cheap one.
