Anyone have NEXT Unlimited ??

I can't seem to find the answer to this question online and of course the chat service is busy !

If i was to pay £20 a year for the NEXT Unlimited does this include free courier returns and free hermes parcelshop returns or would i still have to pay the £2 or £2.50 or whatever it is for courier and parcelshop returns ?

I have it. It's free unlimited delivery and returns. I've never had to go to the hermes shop to return. I only arrange returns from Next online and the hermes courier comes to collect it on the arranged return/collection date.

There's a prepaid return label included in every order. You attach it to the return parcel and either take to the hermes parcelshop for free return or arrange for it to be collected and the courier scans the label and gives you a receipt of collection.

Mine's just ended and I'll be renewing on my next Next order.

I want to try to avoid returns to store for now !

It's been such great value, I order different items and choose which I prefer/size/colour, then arrange for collection for the other ones the next day. All done seamlessly. Haven't been to a Next shop in over a year. Refunds are processed quickly too.
