We're considering putting our house on the market, which wasn't the plan at all, we've only been in it since December! It needs work, but is very big, but now we're thinking (like many people) of moving further out to be closer to relatives.
I was wondering, due to the stamp duty holiday, are things progressing quicker than normal would you say? I'm assuming all parties are keen to push through and get things done before it ends, providing people fit the criteria, and am wondering whether it's actually do-able for us.
