Since being back at work and kids being back at school I can’t seem to get rid of this horrible anxious/nervous feeling in my stomach. It’s also stopping me sleeping at night. Has anyone tried over the counter anxiety medicines such as calms/rescue remedy? Can anyone recommend any? Many thanks

Some types of magnesium can be useful. I very gradually stopped ADs after 5 years and felt that I still wasn’t quite Ok so take a regular magnesium supplement that seems to just ‘take the edge off’. I saw the original poster for it in France which talked about ‘magnesium marin’.

Kava. Very effective, and therefore need to check against any other medicines you are taking.

Magnesium, B12 plus a b complex, needs to be kept in balance with all the Bs!

Just remembered this, used to take it years ago, found it great Quiet Life
