Have you ever used that acrylic sticky back window frosting?

And if so-will it cover a crack in a mirror.

DH bought new to us doors for wardrobe. Accidentally cracked one getting it out his van...it has been that kind of day today! So I’m thinking some frosting to cover the crack-which is at the bottom should hide it-but worried you might still be able to see it.

You can get patterned stuff as well, I've got done over the panel in my front door. Depends how big and where the crack is but you could make it into a feature rather than just plain frosted (I think you would still see the crack through this tbh)

Search self-adhesive window film on amazon. Most don't need glue or adhesive, you just wet them and they stick!

I’ve got a few back up plans-but the self adhesive frosting will look the best I think-I just don’t know if you’ll be able to see the crack through it. It’s a big one-full width of the door, with a secondary splinter crack.

Yes it's a MN amazing. I have glass doors into dining room and wanted to create privacy. The stuff went on so easily and looks good. Would it hide a crack, no I don't think so.

don't know where the random mn came from....

Something like these would cover it Better op. There are literally loads of different types, you need to make a feature of it across the bottom and possibly the top, and distract the eye.

Why not send for a sample and try a small patch it may work or may not? I have used it on a window facing the street and it was really easy to apply and still looks good, and I sent for samples that were really cheap or free I just googled sorry can't remember where from though.
