Teen DD, mobile phone bill full of long calls to older male, a family connection with terrible history, trouble with police, violence, drugs, it makes me sick. She has no business speaking to this person so its definitely trouble.

Phone bill also full of calls which are listed as her own number, but with 'call fwd' next to it under description. They all last for 1min. What does this mean? What would someone be doing this for?
Please help me think this through.
