Painful sex/scar tissue...

Quick background...

2 kids ages 7 and 5..normal deliveries.
2014 I had a ruptured cyst on ovary and had laparoscopy surgery.
2017 had letz treatment and signs of endometriosis..also had scar tissue removed hanging from my cervix.

Last year I had coil fitted..started having pains through and after sex, bleeding, bloating and awful pains in stomach/womb area, sometimes standing too quickly gives me the worst pains in my womb area. Always sharp pains on one side (where ovaries are) and I suffer with thrush every month also so it's not pleasant. Whilst having sexual sometimes I can physically hear and feel some kind of like knocking noise like something is in the way when my cervix is being hit (sorry if tmi!..only way I can describe it) and I sometimes have to stop because it causes such bad pains near my ovaries.

Had an examination last month because gp thought it may be the coil...after examination she told me I have signs of scar tissue again in the walls of vagina and around my cervix opening (she's explained the cervix is like a donut but mine looks like it's turning inside out if that makes sense to try block out infection/bacteria from the scar tissue)...

I did have a surgical abortion last year and it may be from signs or trauma or from previous surgeries as I've already had scar tissue removed...she's give me a referral to gynaecologist department to have an examination..originally it was 1 year for the appointment that I booked and I've had a letter today saying they've got my an appointment for 10th November this year...which is good as I'm being seen quicker..but also scary. She said she's expecting I'll need a small operation to have a look and have it removed but she wants the gynaecologist to examine.

I feel sad because I wanted the coil removed and to try for a baby next year and now I'm getting really worried.

Just wondering has anyone experienced similar? Really worried something's wrong 😞
