What weight are you?

I know vanity sizing is a thing, and I've been deluded by M&S 14s.
Decided I need to loose weight and dug out my old running gear, size 14, Nike, Ronhill, etc took one look and thought no chance will my bum fit in that.

So what I'm really asking is what weight do I need to get to? To fit back in my old gear.

Sportswear is tiny. I'm 5ft3, 9st 10, and need a 14 in running shorts. I'm apple shaped.

I'm 5'2", 8.5 stone, and need a 'medium'.

Yip Sportwear is tiny! I've never felt thin, even when I could fit that gear. But looking at it now, over 10 years on and 2 babies later I really wish I could fit it.

Usually medium. 5’2 and a bit less than 9 st.

Agree, sportswear brands come up small, & M and S come up v large

You’d need to get back to the weight you were at when you wore them last; possible less if you are less toned as muscle weighs less than fat for same volume

I also have a large drawer of teeny tiny gum outfits, & would say 12-14 in women’s wear is L in most brands, 14 is XL (though I am taller than you)
