I love these threads and I've recently gone vegetarian again, so thought it be fun to get some ideas 
Today, I've had:
B: porridge with blueberries and walnuts, small glass of orange juice
S: banana
L: pitta with hummus and falafel, and salad
An apple, and some plain yoghurt
D: creamy broccoli and mushroom pasta
Coffee, tea and water to drink all day.
