Where to go in Suffolk for mini holiday?

Thinking of doing a decent long weekend at an airb&b or villa somewhere in Suffolk. We've chosen Suffolk as we haven't been to that area very much. Previously we've always gone abroad or Cornwall/Devon.
It just looks very pretty, quiet and a different kind of scenery to where we are from.

We are a family of 3 - me, dh and 9mo baby.

We'd like to be somewhere pretty (nice view is a bonus!) where we can very easily go for walks. We have a good walking pushchair of can use a baby rucksack. We liked walks, picnics, paddling in nature etc. A house with a bit of grounds and space to relax at home would be good. Ideally a good distance to the coast maybe 30-40 mins tops (we will have a car) with quieter, child friendly beaches. Don't have to be sand. We live nowhere near the sea so will just be nice to have some changing scenery and let ds toddle near the sea.

We have no need for any pubs, restaurants or quaint villages as won't be doing any of that sadly. If there is a lovely v quiet outside pub garden then maybe that. A drive from a big supermarket to stock up on food.

If anyone has actual houses in mind then even better!
