Things to do with a toddler in the New Forest

Morning all. I’m taking my 2 year old on holiday to the New Forest on 10th September for 4 days. We have a lovely 2 bed cottage so I intend to relax as much as possible come the evening :)

What is there for us to do during the day? I know there is Peppa Pig world nearby and lots of exploring to do. I believe there is an animal park? My toddler is energetic so want him shattered each evening!

We are staying in Brockenhurst and have a car. We are happy to drive out each day.

Thanks in advance

Longdown Farm, but not sure if it is open. And if the weather is nice, there is a pebble beach at Milford on Sea and a small children's playground.

Lots and lots of lovely walks and streams in the new forest.

You’ve got to go to Beaulieu. My DS loved the monorail and the new adventure playground is amazing.
Moors Valley Country Park has walks, a miniature railway and play areas/play trail.
Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary is a good day out. The wooden viewing platform is just a short way from the main car park. Next to the car park is a large flat grassy area, perfect for kicking a football around. There’s a picnic area which has decent toilet facilities. There are also some easy going trails in the surrounding woodland.

It might be a little bit of a trek from where you are staying but my two absolutely loved Farmer Palmers in Poole.
