Looking for a French speaking Tutor in Tokyo for a 5YO

We are a family arriving in Tokyo and are looking for a tutor for our 5 YO son to follow up his French and possibly his English as well.
We would like the tutor to visit us 2 to 3 times a week at home.
His first language is English.
His understanding level of French is good but he prefers to reply in English.

Here is a list of the French associations in Japan

With a 5 yo who is reluctant, a teenager for play sessions might be more appropriate than a tutor focusing a grammar and so on. The Lycée has a FB page.

And be reassured, it is totally normal for bilingual children to reply in a certain language even when addressed in another. My kids would never speak French to me but would talk with strangers.
We are based in Sydney and last summer we were at the Verona Arena waiting for the opera to start and my son started chatting with two ladies form Paris sitting in front of us. It shocked me because it had been years since I last heard him speak French
