It’s going to be my job til I retire.
The job I shall see out my twilight years.
It’s the same as I do now but I foresee it to be much easier as there’s not as much shite. It’s at a different location.
Probably very little chance of getting it as I am just awful at interviews but I’ll give it a good shot.

It’s classic where my mind goes blank.
Not sure how I can improve that.
I think that I know the job well, I think I could answer any questions.
I might not even get short listed.
Biggest thing I have to think of is a good reason I’m leaving my current job. I’m being bullied out and can’t really cope with the way that they are doing it.
I absolutely love the job when left to do it, I’m good, really good at it.
So I need to think of a good explanation without saying anything about the bullying.

With the question about why you are leaving your current role, you don't need to mention your current colleagues at all. I've been in this situation, and what I said was something along the lines of 'I wasn't actually looking to leave my current role, but a friend made me aware that your company was recruiting, and because your company does x (insert something about the company that makes you want to work for them) I decided to apply.' It deflects the question and let's them know you have looked into their company and want to work for them

katmarie has good advice about deflecting the question about your current work situation. Do your research so you can have something to say about the company should this question arise.
I also struggle in interviews and tend to go off on a tangent when asked a question and then forget what the question was! I got my last post by really trying hard to answer the questions 'shorter' with quality rather than quantity as you're less likely to forget the question.
Your passion about the job will shine through so remember that and be confident.

Take notes in with you too - if there are essential skills or experiences just have your examples noted on a list. Then you don’t have to worry about blanking, you can take a drink of water while you look at the note and collect yourself to answer. As an interviewer that would tell me that you are organised and prepare well and that you know yourself and can give yourself the support you need to do a good job. If you’ve got the interview you must have already done a good job of demonstrating why you are a good fit for the role, so you can do it. Good luck!

I have been told i interview exceedingly well so I can give you tips I'd you like. Just need to find out the interview format first.

Don’t say anything bad about your old employer - I’m so sorry you’re being bullied out, though not in the NHS I have been in that boat. It’s sucks and it’s not fair.

You’re ready for a fresh start and fresh challenge the new location will bring. You feel that you have given everything to the role at your current location that you can and due to the structure, you can’t progress any further. However you love the role so the opportunity to carry on in a new setting is perfect for you. You see this as a sideways step that can take you in a different direction, not as a promotion or demotion. You’re used to overcoming challenges at work so can face the challenge of a new work place.
