8yr old smelly breath and itchy bum and dull tummy ache

my 8yr old suffers from a reoccurring tummy ache with sometimes itchy bum but has a smelly breath. Doesn't look like worms would it be yeast infection

See the Dr, she can do tests. Could be anything, coeliac disease perhaps?

Have you treated for worms just in case. My kids have had them and they were only visible after treatment

You need to take her to the doctors if you’re concerned, not try self diagnosing or asking random people on MN for heavens sake!
When you say smelly breath is it like pear drops? Could be diabetes?
