I'm meal planning ahead of getting back to the gym and trying to lose my lockdown weight gain and the rest

What's your favourite low calorie salad dreasing? I need to ditch the salad cream!

Balsamic vinegar

Lemon juice, salt and garlic powder.

For more decadent/calorific version mix lemon juice, salt, dijon mustard and olive oil - add fresh herbs if you can, so good!

There are really nice creamy vegan dressings you can make out of avocado and fresh herbs, garlic, lemon etc, but because of the avocado they are quite high calorie
