Going to Wales - what are the Covid rules?

Ok so I live in England but I'm travelling to stay with family tomorrow in South Wales for a week. Both families have been pretty much isolating and I've no concerns in that direction. ( both families are farmers so social isolation goes with the lifestyle!)

Just trying to sort out what I need to take and wondering what the Covid rules are in Wales?

Are face masks compulsory in shops and do they restrict numbers of people going in? I know loads of places won't be open and to be honest we dont really want to go sightseeing. Plan is to stay in their farm in a tent and eat outside and possibly go to their local beach for a swim. Oh and maybe climb a hill or 2!

Any advice from Welsh mnetters appreciates!

Face masks are not compulsory though many wear them. Yes, they restrict numbers going into shops.

Face masks on Public transport and in hospitals.
Lots of people are wearing them in shops, and many attractions ask you to wear them (I'm up north)

Yes, sorry, I forgot about public transport and hospitals. I’m down South, near the Gower. The traffic going towards the Gower was horrendous this morning - I got stuck in it taking my Mum to the bank.

There are some shops insisting on masks. Most don’t.

Social distancing still at 2 metres here, although most don't seem to give a stuff

My vet insisted on a mask this week too.

The pharmacies near us insist on a facemask, but most shops don't. Lots of people choose to wear then.
Restaurants are just starting to open indoor areas but not all are open yet.
