Does anyone have any experience of this? I have always found John Lewis to be the best option locally for children's shoes, but my nearest isn't reopening so it's further to go now.
Do you have to book in advance now to ensure social distancing? The website was ambiguous. It said there was an appointment system available but not that you had to book. It showed no appointments at all available at my chosen store for the rest of the year which seems unlikely. I don't want to go all the way there to discover I should have booked though.
