What changes could you make for your life to be better?

I was mulling this over today. My life is lovely (aside from Covid and its complications) but despite this, there are things within my control that I could change to make it even better and remove some real issues of stress or unhappiness, but, for some unknown reason, I still don't do them.

I know so many people are trapped in situations outside their control so this isn't about earning tonnes more or not being chronically ill, but more about small changes you could make to improve your life. And, if you know what they are, do you know why you don't do them...?

Mine are

  1. I need to lose weight. For my health, for my children, for my happiness. I know that I feel a thousand times better when I'm slimmer and healthier. Everything feels better when I feel better about myself.

  2. I need to get better with money. My disposable income slips through my fingers like water.

  3. I procrastinate ALL the time. I have a really demanding job which is deadline driven and yet I'm always leaving things to the last minute which then makes my stress levels rocket.

I'm on a strict diet to deal with number 1. I'm going to keep a money journal to keep track of 2 and see where it's going, and 3, not sure about that one... Any tips would be gratefully received.
