You can do chicken in tomato sauce - how about adding chillies as well?

Chicken and chorizo in white wine, garlic and tomatoes. Also works with prawns. Takes about 20 minutes to make and is my kids fave meal!

A good splash of red or white wine, some red pesto, tomatoes and garlic, with a sprinkling of cheese on top. I love chorizo in pasta sauces too as PP mentioned. Could also serve up a garlic baguette too to eat with it

Or green pesto, spinach, garlic, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves on top and mozarella

Chicken thighs sliced, dry with garlic, chorizo, white wine, cherry tomatoes & spinach stirred in at the end. Tons of parmesan on top. Yum!

Nigella's Venetian ghetto chicken with tagliatelle is awesome. Ideally made with whole chicken but I've done it with poussin or bone in thighs before....
