Has anyone managed to get through to the DVLA at the moment?

Just wondering as I just keep being told they are busy you don’t even go in a queue or on hold. Has anyone got through as a non-keyworker? I can’t do it online otherwise I’d do it that way.

I haven't been able to get through at all - I declared my car off-road in June and the direct debits are still being taken. Really frustrating when you go online select all the options and are then told that webchat and email are not available! The phone just cuts out every time I try to call. I am going to get my bank to cancel the direct debit and write to DVLA for my refund. You would think electronic communication would be preferable at present. I was classed as a key worker but I don't consider myself a critical worker so I can't use that avenue.
