Imperial College - where to stay?

A friend's daughter will be coming from India to study at Imperial College in October and she's looking for places to stay. I don't know the area very well and I'm hoping the knowledge of MN will have some suggestions

She's looking to rent a flat/house with 3 other students. Shouldn't be more than 30-40 minutes away from South Kensington and is willing to pay a max of £700 per month including bills.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Has she contacted Imperial College herself? They will be best placed to advise on student accommodation in the right areas and point her in the right direction. They will have an office that deals with exactly this.

There is plenty of student accommodation around and as others have said student accommodation services.
